i am a full-time resident of Palm Springs, California Since June 2005, but i fell in love with this place the night we met, in august 1998. at the time, newly married, everybody said, "nobody in their right mind goes to palm springs in the summer." call me crazy: the warm, dry air; the gentle breezes; the uplight palm trees; the stars in a clear sky above. i was enraptured.

 

one of the first things I did, as a new resident, was to set about GETTING MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE. i THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD WAY TO MEET NEW PEOPLE - AND I WAS RIGHT - BUT AN EVEN BETTER WAY TO GET TO KNOW MY NEW HOME. MY FIRST FULL YEAR IN REAL ESTATE WAS 2006. TO SAY THAT i LEARNED A GREAT DEAL ABOUT REAL ESTATE DURING MY FIRST FEW YEARS - THINGS THAT JUST AREN'T ON THE EXAM - WOULD BE A TREMENDOUS UNDERSTATMENT.  

 

SINCE THEN, I'VE ALSO DEVELOPED an intimate and historic knowledge of the Coachella Valley, AND ITS DESERT cities: Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, THOUSAND PALMS, Palm Desert, BERMUDA DUNES, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, and Coachella.
